Shoyu Boss Ramen

Freshly-made ramen noodles in our classic Tokyo-style broth, meticulously-prepared for 7 hours. Our broth is smooth and refined, and is never oily or greasy.

The caramel-like shoyu (soy sauce) flavor results in a ramen experience that is always satisfying and comforting.

Our Boss Ramen comes with aji tamago, double chashu (soft braised pork), black fungus, naruto (fish cake) and bok choi (Chinese cabbage) and nori. More noodles and broth than our Regular Ramen.

ADD On : Aji Tamago (Japanese soy egg) / Chashu (braised pork) or Both to level up this ramen.
