Freshly-made ramen noodles in our classic Tokyo-style broth, meticulously-prepared for 7 hours. Our broth is smooth and refined, and is never oily or greasy.

This is a clear salt-based (shio) broth for those who want a simple clean taste.

Comes with chashu (soft braised pork), black fungus, naruto (fish cake) and bok choi (Chinese cabbage) and nori.

ADD On : Aji Tamago (Japanese soy egg) / Chashu (braised pork) or Both to level up this ramen.
