This is a clear salt-based (shio) broth for those who want a simple clean taste. Butter and corn make it sweet and creamy.

Comes with chashu (soft braised pork), black fungus, naruto (fish cake) and bok choi (Chinese cabbage) and nori.

ADD On : Aji Tamago (Japanese soy egg) / Chashu (braised pork) or Both to level up this ramen.
